Certain corporations and groups claim there are countless studies showing increased diversity results in higher performance. In my opinion, diversity and inclusion ends up being a euphemism for discriminating against certain groups, primarily males and whites, in hiring, promotions, and networking. I would not be surprised if the research supposedly showing diversity results in higher performance doesn't even exist or is very flimsy, similar to the claims feminists make that women earn 77 cents on the dollar for men, that men are much more likely to abuse their partners and children, and that women never lie about rape.
Is there evidence that this "diversity" results in higher performance?
