  1. Always get a dna test, never sign anything until you have proof a child is yours. Women will pressure you to sign a birth certificate, because this will force you to be responsible for paying child support, thus giving her a fraction of your overall income.

  2. Always get a prenup made by your personal attorney and also make sure it’s signed on video , also you could get a judge to be present.(this will decrease the chances of her crying distress). Saying a prenup isn’t romantic is a shaming tactic, man up and demand one. This will insure any division of assets is more in your favor and also puts you in control thus further preserving assets.

  3. Try to avoid cohabitation as a whole, This will preserve your financial routine, by not cohabitating your relationship will have a decreased chance of affecting your finances, everything is on your terms. Her bills at her home will remain hers and her debt or bills will be going into her mailbox not yours. Also there is no possible way you can lose your home and you avoid common law marriages. Living separate will save you money and time on breaking up, no movers will be needed and if things don’t work out no one becomes homeless or needing additional time to find a place.
