Years ago a woman I slept with told me she was pregnant and she said it might be my baby. I was excited about the possibility of being a dad and I was looking forward to finding out if this baby was mine.

Well, once she had the child she decided to cut me out of the picture and she told her boyfriend it was his child. I had no idea she had a boyfriend when I slept with her and I was upset she didn't want to do a DNA test to find out who the real father was.

I actually bought a DNA test and brought it to her once the child was born so we could find out who the real father was but she told me she didn't want to do the test.

I am wondering now if there's any way I can find out if this child is mine. I would like to do a DNA test but I'm not sure if there's any legal way to do that. If this child is mine I want to be a part of her life. I want to just know, one way or another, to have peace of mind.
