This must be a result from that weird trend people made on TikTok were they post a photo of a random guy and claim he assaulted them. Report that to your parents. Then to the school superintendent. It would better if you and the other males students go together. You will be less vulnerable that way and you will have the others testimonies to back up your claims. This dangerous what they are doing, if some people start to pick it up it can literally Ruin your life.

Bruh i unfortunately work at a middle school and a girl in class like an hour ago yelped rape when sitting next to a quiet kid while clearly recording it.. i assumed it was some weird tiktok shit too.. this definitely shouldnt be a common thing and honestly i kust think tiktok in general creates these weird deviant behaviors. Definitely tell your parents and make sure the understand its some weird tiktok shit before hand so they can be prepared just to be safe. Before you record anything check the local consent law. If you have a recording go to your parents first, the school second. Also if you are not the only target of this do so jointly with other parents.

To the parents: consult a lawyer and the cops on how to handle the situation. An ounce of prevention now could save you a ton of cure if something bad happens, but hopefully it will not come to that.

To both, keep a paper trail, if you can try to have everything in writing.

Inform your parents. Tell your parents you think you should get a lawyer.

Inform the school. Tell them you have a lawyer and wish to involve the police. The school probably won't like that, but tell them you're serious and want their cooperation. Tell them if there is any actually proof you've conducted yourself inappropriately that this evidence should be brought forward now.

Your parents should demand answers from the school, and that you want to know their intended part in stopping this from going further.

Find out EVERYWHERE this has been posted to social media.

Record all places you find false accusations online, and who posted them. Copy web addresses but also take screen shots that include the web address in the top. People who attack others online usually use fake accounts and change their account names frequently.

Send a notarised letter from your lawyer to the parents of all females involved letting them know they will take down the offensive posts immediately or be sued for libel and slander and face criminal charges if and when applicable.

You need to shut this shit down hard and fast.

If you do nothing, they will say "Well, he didn't fight back so maybe he did it."

I helped a friend go through a 100% false allegation slander campaign. I got dozens of fake reviews removed from the web, and police action to make them stop. When they found out that they were getting sued and that they could actually be charged criminally they stopped. They were literally trying to destroy this person, their business, their livelihood and reputation. These people have no souls. When you deal with people like this, you must be diligent, exhaustive and show them absolutely no mercy.

Never take a false accusation lightly.

It could come back and haunt you 10 years from now when you try to enter college. Or 20 when you try to get a promotion.

Most stuff that goes on the internet is there forever. Remember that.

Females need to know photographing someone and then starting a doxxing campaign just for shits and giggles gets them into serious serious trouble. If they don't get into trouble, they WILL keep doing it.

And their parents won't care until the legal bills pile up or there are police at the door.

Incredible.

First, on what to do: top of my list would be to not go anywhere near anyone who says something even close to that even if in jest (there is some seriousness to all jokes). They do, I hope, make up a small minority. And more generally, avoid toxicity - find friends and environments where you feel good and ignore or do not take too seriously the idiotic and malicious if you do not have to.

Second, the cavalier tone strikes me as egregious. Should a boy make a similar joke about sexual assault, he would face universal censure in almost any context and any point in history. And rightly so.

Third, this is not only about false accusations, but at least as much about the credibility of victims of sexual assault coming forward in an environment when false accusations are subjects of mirth and casual threats. It is hard enough to come forward even in the most benevolent system imaginable - especially of course for male victims of female perpetrators.

Disconcerting indeed.

MY brother was accused of sexual assault in school when a girl stole his phone and he was trying to get it back as it was in fact his property and she knowingly took it from his hands. Well, he got the phone back and she turned around and claimed sexual assault. My folks were called in and they made it apparent that there are witnesses of what happened and that if the school and the parents of the girl want to continue with these charges, they will be happy to oblige as they have witness names, all of whom know my brother as a good guy who would never harm a woman, and turn it around into a theft charge and a false sexual assault claim. Not only suing the student's parents, but then suing the school for having took her side, without hearing my brother's side of the story.

The school IMMEDIATELY backed off and counselled the girl and her parents to drop the charges and nothing came of it. I was in college at the time, but when I heard that she tried to accuse my brother of something, I was about ready to go up there and give that school a piece of my mind as they had also gone after me for cyber stalking, purely because I was good with computers. Turned out it was one of the popular boys cyber stalking his ex. School back tracked hard, but always had it out for me, even though I was completely innocent and always fixed school computers for a small fee.

I don't know how helpful this suggestion is but if your school has a school counsellor or a pastoral worker of some description, it might be worth mentioning this to them, and most importantly, that it is affecting you negatively in x, y, z way, such as:

- It is affecting your mental health because you are NOT what they are joking you are...

- It is concerning as you believe in believing victims and this experience casts doubt on that...

I advise this because, if accused, it is mostly in your interest to remain silent and lawyer up. However, any investigation would usually approach said counsellor, who is a professional - and what they say might be sufficiently exculpatory for you.

Another approach would be to get your parents involved, as schools tend to take an angry parent seriously. What you must NOT do, however, is try to handle this load all by yourself. I've seen grown men who have been through false accusations break down in front of me, and there is no shame in admitting at your relatively young age that this is something you need assistance with.

If you are 18 you can file a Title ix complaint against your school for their lack of action. If you aren't 18 I think you might need a parent to do it.

Federal ocr might be more effective than the school. It's free and you are not required to have an attorney.

Immediately tell your parents and try to get everyone you know who has also experienced this. Whether they were actually accused or not doesn’t matter just if they saw it. Get them to tell their parents as well and get as much people as you can on your side, then get your parents to go to the principal. If you can get audio of it, phone recording while in pocket it will help tremendously. This is disgraceful to every victim of sexual assault.

I'm 25 and watched a gang of 14 year old girls have two 16 year old boys up against a wall screaming at them. One said "Are you looking at my leg!? Are you looking at my leg you fucking rapist! Fucking paedophile!" her friend on her shoulder begging her to stop "I've got to get you home"

Jesus, girls weren't like that 10 years ago I swear to god. They had no idea what they could have done. Any strange local could have over heard that and kicked the ever loving shit out of those lads for nothing, all because of some shrieking girls.

I actually tried to intervene and said "call the police if you think they've actually done something". My only advice would be the same thing for you. Tell them to call the police if they think you've committed a crime otherwise recommend they shut the fuck up before they themselves get charged for a criminal offence.

The world hates sex offenders to the point that even the most savage criminal will target sex offenders in prison. Accusing someone of this in anyway for a joke against your wishes simply the highest form of disrespect. I personally lean into the jokes if they are ever thrown my way but everyone is different.
