It's just a lot of hot air so far. I'll be waiting to see if they actually do something without screwing it up. I give it 60% chance nothing is done, 39% chance they start talking about toxic masculinity or saying "how can we encourage men to talk about their problems, even though they know fully well we'll just call them names and/or gaslight them that their problems don't exist", and 1% chance of something actually good happening.

Fair warning though, I've been called an inorrigible optimist.

Ya… I’m not optimistic that this government will do anything especially considering how much they actively perpetuate hatred towards us.

Yes but remember (mental) health workers are 80-90% women (who don't like men).

I hate the thought it just creates jobs for feminists to tell men to "be aware of toxic masculinity", "male privilege" and "how Patriarchy is cause men's problems".

Being that it's Labour id be shocked if it isn't an ode to leftist feminist male shaming garbage.

Left wing governments hate men/boys, working-classes, white Britons etc.

Would be much better if they got rid of all the other anti-maleness.

The UK government just voted for government murder aka assisted suicide so I'm not sure I take their attempts to prevent suicide as all that genuine.
