Feminism is a supremacy movement.

Part of what men's rights activists are fighting against is what feminism has brought about.

Look up the Duluth model. Look at how family courts overwhelmingly favor the woman.

Because they have and continue to do things that harm men and boys.

Refusal to acknowledge that misandry is real and instead they push the idea of toxic masculinity (men's issues happen due to misogyny). Feminists insist that men don't open up because they're afraid of being seen as weak or feminine. This ignores the actual cause which is how people respond when men do open up.

In regards to DV, they've fudged statistics in order to acquire and maintain funding for women's organisations.

Women's Aid petitioned against funding of male shelters and have stated that abusive women are actually victims who were previously abused by their male victim.

In the UK, they prevented gender neutral law of rape when the sexual offenses act was updated in 2003 stating that a woman raping a man is not as severe.

The problem is that feminism is not about promoting equality. It is about getting preferential treatment for simply being female. They argue that women have had it hard and men had it on easy mode.

Example:

Woman argue that there are too few female CEOs, presidents, movie directors, actors, and so on and on. However they will not argue about how there are too few female bricklayers, plumbers, sewer workers etc.

They argue for equality for the highest positions, but not the positions that keep society running.

Feminism essentially argues that men are guilty based on their sex. Men’s Rights movement argues against that ideology.

If the influential feminist researchers, professors, lobbyists, public policy makers, journalists, authors, politicians, and protesters (and the "real feminists" using their work rather than calling out their sexism, bias, bigotry, data manipulation, outright lies, etc) were to follow the dictionary definition of feminism rather than the man hating spirit of feminism, I wouldn't be at odds with them.

We describe feminists as opposing us, because feminists oppose us.

Feminism used to mean equal rights, back in the 60s. Modern feminism means "We want equality when I like the results".
Notice how there are no feminists complaining about lack of women on oil rigs.
Notice how there are no feminists complaining about lack of women in plumbing.
Notice how there are no feminists complaining about lack of women roofing houses.
Notice how there are no feminists complaining about lack of women on crab fishing.

Now let's look at how non-trad women spend their money vs men, in relationships. Typically, the man pays for supporting the family and the woman's money is "their own".

It's just pride, selfishness, and greed. That's what feminism is today.

Genuine question? Are you for real?

Have you never heard of feminist “Patriarchy theory”? Feminist lobbying for ongoing anti-male discrimination in education and employment? Feminists who declare all men are culpable whenever there is a high profile murder of a woman (Sarah Everard’s murder was a well known example but hardly the first and not the last either)? Major feminist organisations (NOW) lobbying against default 50:50 custody? The 250 feminist groups in Canada demanding that the concept of “parental alienation” be banned? The feminists in Australia who have successfully had laws which penalised women who were proven to have fabricated tales of sexual and physical abuse in divorce cases to gain a higher payout? The feminists in Australia who recently had the laws for presumed equal parental responsibility over turned? The feminists who had the entrance requirements for STEM fields in the University of NSW lowered for women? The feminists who deny male victims of DV exist (look at Cassie Jaye’s extended interview with Katherine Spillar if you don’t believe me)? The feminists who demonise men at every turn?

How many more examples do you need?

Ok I’ll be “conciliatory”.

There a plenty of women who consider themselves to be “feminist” who are not actual enemies of men’s rights. They identify as such because they think they should have equal legal rights, and not be discriminating against on being hired for a role they are fully capable of fulfilling just because they’re female.

However feminist groups are not like that at all. They think women should always be preferentially hired over a man, no matter the difference in qualifications or ability. They want to favour a woman over a man in every situation. The most you’ll get is to grudgingly say that Obama should be preferred to Hillary, but even then it’s to “inspire” black women!

A poster here back in 2021 made the key point I think: do they subscribe to “patriarchy theory” or not. If they do, they’re just hostile to men by default, as their ideology will lead them to twist things into always being the man’s fault. And patriarchy theory is hardly limited to radfems!
