Don't feel bad - same thing happened in a Transgender 'discussion' group when I asked if they thought it was ok if I let my 6 year old daughter share the same bathroom as a Transwoman (man who 'feels' like a woman).

This is why I don’t even support feminism - as a woman. It’s no where near what it was meant to be. It’s been proven to me so many times that modern day feminism is just to get a one up on men which is so crazy to me. They will try and brainwash us into thinking we’re oppressed by men but I’m sure if we were I would have felt that way by now. Not once in my whole life have I felt oppressed by men and as soon as these people are shown the truth they will brush it under the carpet and get you silenced the easiest way possible.

It was always about power over men, they just fooled a ton of people with their 'equality' propaganda. I always talk about this but I call this phenomenon "Are you against kicking puppies and toddlers?" the feminists have named themselves as something completely innocent and wholesome that nobody could really disagree with if they were asked about it at face value.

Are you in favour of feminism? What do they say it means? Equality? Oh of course I'm in favour of that! What kind of horrible misogynistic bigot would be against feminism? And then we get to how they've held power for so many years, it's such a fucking simple trick but it works on most people who aren't willing to do research on the movement properly and therefore assume that anybody against these lot must be genuine misogynists.

This is why I bring up the whole idea of puppies and toddlers, it's the same deal, who would be against puppies and toddlers other than some evil monster? They use these sorts of issues such as women's rights as a shield which is why they resort to calling men who disagree with them misogynists and bigots so often or if they're criticising them over their immigration policies and things like that they'll call people racists and xenophobes.

It's all the same bullshit and people need to be aware of it, feminists do not represent any of these things. As you've discovered they're all about power over men and don't care for anything else, I think though it's not just about men though of course they see men as their main enemy, anybody who doesn't conform to their way gets attacked sometimes even physically as we've seen.

I remember twenty years ago if asked if you were feminist everyone would say yes sure. Women voting? Why not? Women not having to wear bras? Not my tits, not my wardrobe.

People were lulled into a sense of false security. I think if they were told what feminism wants to give to women today they wouldn't be so quick to be gang pressed.

Most subs on reddit enforce ideological conformance. Feminism however is one of the worst. They consider anyone not agreeing with it as a continuation of "male oppression".

They wont even let people see it or rather see their shame.

The political package that is said to come along with femnism or mens rights activism is a big issue. It has become far more than hat it has been supposed to be.

They won't come far with their cliches, though. Not every non-feminist is right-wing. If the mindset is now "you're either for or against us", they will lose support from a increasing amount of left-wing men who are more humanism-oriented and refuse to associate themselves with the radical and angry movement feminism has become.

To be fair there are also people trying to push this very sub in a similar MGTOW/incel/altright/misogyny direction. It takes competent mods and a literate user base to prevent this, but clickbaity titles and fishhooking extreme ideas into mainstream arguments are quite prevalent, and sometimes difficult to spot.

I'm sorry to have to do this, but I have to remove this post. Under our rules, posts like this are banned, and there is a good reason for that.

The reason is that every time someone puts up a post about being banned from a feminist subreddit, some of our members go over there and make trouble. Then they get shadowbanned - example - and the admins get mad at our subreddit.

We don't want any of that. So posts about being banned from /r/feminism or any other subreddit are against our rules.

You might, however, find that /r/SRSsucks would welcome such a post, since their members know better than to go on a jihad against another subreddit.

The title said "Feminists of reddit, do you think false accusations towards men should be condemned?". Not even 30 seconds later I was banned from the subreddit without explained reason.

Wow, they are efficient at banning quickly.

Generally, I would be concerned if any normal man did not get banned, even women get banned from those subs.

Methinks you need to study feminist history a bit more, it's always been like that.
