Hey. I'm sorry to hear things are shit for you right now.

I'm not sure what I can do to help, but there are probably support services available close to you. A few months ago things were pretty tough for me and I reached out to a support service. They met with me and asked what was going on and I basically balled my eyes out because I had been holding on for so long. I'm now seeing a counsellor once a week. Things are still tough but I think I am making progress.

There are people who care about you. I know it may be bleak out there for men, but find those people and communities. I am not a religious person, but Christians have consistently checked up on me and offered me solace after reaching out to them.

Hey man. First wanna say its good you reached out. It does no good to keep it to yourself, it only marinates.

Second, would you be comfortable sharing your general location? I can find you the nearest support service, one specialised for men if I can, and send you the details. All that it means is that you never have to feel this way alone - for example, near me there's emergency talk lines, men's groups, talking sessions designed to accommodate you.

Feel free to share with us, either in DM or here if you're comfortable. I'm happy to discuss or listen.

If there's anyone you have access to in your life who hears you, supports you and doesn't sideline your pain, it's important to reach out to them. Even someone who can offer support without making you spill your guts, if thats more up your alley.

It's hard to ask for help, but God knows everyone needs it at the end of the day.

We all need something to hold onto a goal to drive us forward I don't know if you're religious but most churches are full of good people who will be there for you and help to uplift you in your time of need. I'm not asking you to believe an invisible old man in the sky is going to save you I am asking you to believe that good people in a safe environment are there just waiting for you to reach out

Not sure if I can be of any help.

What has always kept me going is the phrase "It's never too late to give up."

I know this might sound harsh but the meaning to take away is that you can always choose to give up so you might as well keep fighting as long as you can.
It has kept me going through some dark times to the not so dark times and every time it gets a little easier since you know through experience that it can.
