Your overall structure is perfectly solid. I’d add education as an issue, since I consider it the most important one.

I’d take a straight forward approach to decide which issue is most important / more important than the other.

Rank the issues by “how many people” are affected by this issue.

Education affects everyone, since we all go to school (at least in most countries)

Most of us get married at some point, so divorce/custody affects a lot of people.

Many of us get sick at some point, so healthcare comes third.

And so on.

Depending on how much time you have, you could also research, how many people are affected by the given issue and do the rank order in a quantitative way.

Imo both men and women suffer inequality for different things and it will be important to mention this. However the representation for these issues are unequal. Then i would state indisputable facts such as longer prison sentences for the same crimes, suicide rates, homelessness, disproportionate funding for charities etc.. and say how you believe men need help for these issues with more coverage, awareness, funding, support etc…

Yr point of sexism in daily conversations is harder to prove and is therefore easily disputable and can be disproved if someone is smarter than you.

I like your B and C points and i would put more focus into them.

Ive seen other ppl bring up some other good points and facts which you could use.

Personally, I am just very tired of being bombarded with media that paints me as a privileged asshole, no matter how good a life I have tried to lead. I'm a man. I'm white. I'm non-trans. I'm straight. I really enjoy (or rather I really enjoyed) talking about issues related to feminism and societal inequities, but the narrative has changed so much in the last few years that I find my opinions are either completely discarded or, at worst, I am labeled as some kind of bigot. I feel like I have lost my place in the discussion and am just expected to take a lot of hate and abuse without ever defending myself. I guess that's why I ended up here after so many years of convincing myself I was actually a feminist ally.

So, what can society do for me? It's actually very simple, yet basically impossible to acheive: Listen to what I have to say and tolerate me even if I offend you. You don't have to like me and we don't have to be friends, but don't throw hateful buzzwords at me everytime I express myself.

Especially in the U.S., the human right to bodily integrity and bodily autonomy, informed medical consent and highest standard of healthcare is violated for the majority of U.S. boys, when a healthy, developing, functional and important tissue is cut off, often without any anesthesia whatsoever.

Boys are literally mutilated after birth there.

Quotas work against men in male dominated fields; education is vastly more subsidised to ensure female success; mental health care is tailored for women's behavioral issues; domestic abuse support is disproportionately geared towards helping women; laws and customs ignore female supremacy and misandrist actions; men are belittled, infantilised and ridiculed in the media accused of being inherently predatory and dangerous by nature. Ive also always found the double standard of asking men to be sensitive whilst simultaneously asking them to be strong, fighting against the patriarchy while still admiring the strongman an interesting paradox. Raising these issues will automatically bring you the wrath of being labelled a bigot fyi so you've been warned.

A) There is sexism towards men, and it is easily seen on a daily basis in conversations

Very easy to see this on a daily basis. Just look at how fathers are portrayed on TV every single day. They're often Homer Simpson types who are stupid and inept and bad dads.

B) Mens inequality goes beyond ‘’satriycal’’ 🙄 insults, and into courts, the workplace, health care ect

Beyond the satire in media, one can see sexism against in statistics in court. Family court for example. There is a misconception that fathers do not have custody often because they're simply not seeking it. This is sexist victim-blaming that disappears as soon as you look at studies. Fathers who do have the financial means to seek custody of their children lose primarily custody routinely, and are only given minor custody (like every other weekend). Mothers have the default custody and fathers have to prove that they're not inadequate in any way.

Another example is in women-dominated industries like childcare. I've never heard of a diversity programs that seeks to get more men to work in daycares or as nannies. Unlike the dozens of programs that I've seen getting women into industries like software engineering. In fact, many people will tell you that they would never hire a male nanny to watch their children because they're affraid... and somehow they don't realize how sexist that is.

C) Here’s why and how everyone needs to make efforts to combat this issue and standup for men.

I may be in the minority here, but I think that supporting the E.R.A. is a good way to do this. The Equal Rights Ammendment would force us to change the draft. Right now one is drafted based on the gender assigned to them at birth. The ERA would make that requirement illegal. The ERA would change how we fund homeless shelters and DV shelters. The ERA would prevent us from taking away the reproductive rights of gay and single men (e.g. right now single or lesbian women are protected in surrogacy contracts in some states but single and gay men are not... the ERA would force these laws to protect both regardless of gender). The ERA would also force gender-based custody laws off the books and they might be replaced with 50/50 custody laws. etc. etc. I think that supporting the Equal Rights Ammendment is the single most important thing we can do to gain equality for men.

Don't let friends say that it's "other men" who are oppressing men. Even if that were true (which it's not) then it's not OK to deny somebody empathy because they were victimized by somebody who shared some inconsequential traits with them, like gender. The fact is that men have been oppressed for thousands of years by the system, and that there it was always both men and women who were complicit beneficiaries of the system.

Make sure to be there with your male friends when they undergo discrimination. For example: if you know a dad going through divorce then help him take the kids for overnights to his house before there is a custody order in place (e.g. help him to set up a status quo in which the kids are routinely with him). Another example: if you know a man who has a "crazy girlfriend" help educate him about what psychological abuse, financial abuse, etc. because most of what we call "crazy girlfriends" is actually just a way of downplaying abusive, manipulative, and often physically violent behavior by women.

Obviously, the male-only draft. Hundreds of thousands of men have been conscripted and forced into slaughter on behalf of women and the state is the past year alone. Men are used as societies human shields in wartime. The male-only draft still exists in the US and will be reactivated the moment there's a shortage of volunteers, which will happen almost immediately if there's a war with China and/or Russia. In this age of supposed equality, men are still required to sign up for the male-only draft at 18.

Segregated school through Highschool. Optional Male only University as well. Abolish spousal support, child support decided by accounts not judges, receipts for all expenses, scaled to income, child required to maintain a relationship with the support payor, onus on the child to prove. Abolish male genital mutilation. Toxic Masculinity & patriarchy categorized as hate speech.
