How do you face extreme feminism?

Mimic the obelisk.

An obelisk doesn't move. It doesn't attack or hit back. It simply stays right where it is unflinching. It stands right where it is for a reason, not to the side, and not further forwards or back.

The obelisk's power is simply to be what it is where it is and to remain there no matter how many ephemeral flighty humans blur moving around it. Once an obelisk starts to move, it can keep being moved. An obelisk's task is not to move though, it is to stand firm where it is. An obelisk's purpose is not to try and get approval from the ones who question it, because the obelisk already is what it is.

They will try to shame the obelisk, to shout at it and threaten that if it doesn't move then it will be hurt. They will ask others to help move the obelisk. They will erect fences around it, tell people the obelisk is dangerous and may fall and hurt them. They will push on it in frustration and call the obelisk stubborn. Just remember it isn't where the obelisk is standing that is upsetting them... it is that the obelisk won't move when told to. They only want where it stands because the obelisk is already there and won't move.

All the obelisk has to do is what it is already doing.. that is enough to give the simple message - No, YOU move.

By treating the situation as coolly and by the letter possible. If someone makes accusations about you, take it to HR. If someone harassed you take it to HR. Do it with evidence and be prepared for informal backlash.

If it's cultural, or from a group you have a choice to interact with, the cut them off unless absolutely necessary. If it's a group you have to interact with minimize contact and do everything formally in writing.

Realistically any hostile work environment can be handled this way. As far as dealing with rabid, I mean radical feminists go, I wouldn't expect logical discussions. Make them justify everything though, preferably in writing. Paper trails win lawsuits.

Just walk away because there is no point trying to change the mind of an insane person. Focus your efforts for change on those who haven't yet imbibed the koolaid. If it is unavoidable, don't discuss it and if they keep pushing it, document it and report it.

You can't do much about extreme feminism. For most feminists, you can just try not to bring the subject up, try to find some common ground or smart arguments, or anything, really, and get along without too much fuss. Some radical feminists have a world-view so different from anything that a MRA could have that there really isn't anything that I could tell you, other than to avoid them as much as possible and report threats or clear cut hate-speech to the proper people.

My recommendation, talk to HR and use their own language against them--they're not being inclusive, they create a negative atmosphere, lack sensitivity to other cultures, etc. Let them get sent off to sensitivity training for a change.

I just whack them with a rubber chicken, then run away laughing maniacally. This, needless to say, is a course of action i would not recommend in most office settings.

I usually tell them that wanting to be "equal" to men shows a serious lack of goals. They should want to be better than men, but they're not driven enough and that is why men will always been better than women.
