This does not come from any personal experience, just something i was wondering about. Say you are at a party, you meet a girl, go back to her place and have sex. A couple days later she files a rape claim, says you were violent and forced her into doing it. What do they do when the cops bring you in? There was obviously no-one else around, so there were no witnesses. If you adamantly deny it and she sticks to her guns, what happens? Does a guy stand any chance in this situation?
