My exposure to MRA blogs is much less significant than my exposure to feminist blogs, so I'm not prepared to refute that and I'd be fine conceding it in theory, but my experience has been that the loony MRAs (like those driven to the topic simply by feeling threatened by feminism and claiming a conspiracy by women to subjugate men—I'd mainly call them anti-feminists) are a vocal minority. A dense, but small contingent. I think the same is definitely true of feminism, too, but that the (rightly) greater size and scope of the feminist movement enhances their exposure, especially now that blogs provide a phenomenal platform for certain kinds of people who would have previously stuck to writing on walls.

So, whether that reflects a higher percentage of loonies in feminism or conceals the opposite, it still means that it's possible to come upon an MRA group like this subreddit without realizing to what extent the loonies exist, which is why I was warning Hollynd.

Where I predicted that you would "slink away into the night, never to be seen again" and sure enough, I was right. That's how I handle trolls like you. I simply use every rhetorical comment you make as another opportunity to articulate my positions. In the end, anyone who sees the thread gets the impression that my side is well thought out - an impression they might not get if I only had one post.

So I just wanted to thank you for making me look good. Please leave more softball comments that I can easily hit out of the park. I'm a really fast typist so, far from bothering me, I actually enjoy it. And as I said, it makes anyone who happens to find the thread think that my side has the stronger position.
