It's really simple, don't be a part of the social justice mob, don't go joining the people who want to lynch men at the first sign of outrage. Do that and you're already diminishing the power these people have over everybody, women make a pretty big difference when they do it but just having a large number of people saying no we're not taking part in this bullshit helps not just men but anybody who speaks out against feminists in particular.

If you work in the higher management at your workplace, go through policies that you see are not neutral to the gender.

Form a men's rights group. You may not have the money, but you can bring in some visibility.

Post a Meetup or Facebook event for international men's day at some pub or cafe and turn up to it. Get people to tell a story about a man they regard highly and then your work is done.
