Just like it is "wrong" for women to walk constantly afraid that they are going to get raped by some random guy out there, it is also "wrong" to get yourself into a frenzy about false rape allegations.

Hang out with good people, behave well and try to have a nice life. Your eyes are open, don't go looking for things that aren't there.

The time where you’ll mostly be in trouble is when you are hooking up with a girl and alcohol is involved. That’s when you need to be the most careful and most conscious of your actions. Do your best to constantly check in if she’s comfortable, ask her for consent. Yes, technically she can’t consent if she is drunk, but plenty of people happily have drunken sex. But this is the most important time to constantly be checking in, and following up with her the morning after. Avoid having sex if you are blacked out, that is where most trouble happens. Especially avoid having sex if she is blacked out. She could be totally into it while she’s blacked, making sexual advances, but you need to be very careful and avoid it all together. She could be saying she’s down, but think of the all dumb stuff you’ve done while drunk and wish never happened to you.

If you’re not sexually active, you’re going to be fine. If you are, go out of your way to consistently get consent. It feels awkward sometimes, but you can work it into your game. Something that I do, which has worked with good success is if we are making out I usually will say something along the lines of, hey I’m having a great time, I want you to be super comfortable, so if at any point you don’t feel comfortable, let me know and we can stop. Then I would check in by asking, how are we doing? We still having fun? Or asking do you like it like this? Do you want it like this? The key is getting the girl communicating. It does kill some of the fun by not trying to read the girl and figure out what she likes, but it establishes comfort and communication and ultimately is the best way to protect yourself.

Keep texts, stay in contact, screenshot her interest, open communication. You’re going to be fine. But just keep your wits about you. Some girls like advances, some don’t, it’s always on you to be gauging their interest and checking in.

Focus on your work, maybe buy a fake ring. If a situation seems suspicious, avoid it. Don't be caught alone with a female and if something starts to happen, don't be afraid to record it.

You’ll be fine. Read fewer internet horror stories and try to focus on the positive. The world is full of great, wholesome people around you. Be one of those good people too. Act normal, decent, and respectful and rest assured that you will almost certainly never be faced with false rape accusations.

Keep a diary for life so you can have an alibi.

Keep a photographic archive of your receipts to have an alibi.

Make sure to look at security cameras when entering stores so you can have an alibi.

Take photos of yourself on a daily basis to have an alibi.

Archive all your texts and emails for life.

When dealing with a female be ready to record the conversation with your phone or a recording device if it's allowed in law in your area.

It's inevitable that if you are male, some woman will make a false accusation.

Don't be scared, be prepared.

Schools always have some provision for free confidential counselling for their students, as do tertiary institutions. It is normal for a portion of young people to need help with mental health and the common problems of the school environment. Depression and anxiety are everyday problems for counselors.

The abilities of the counselors varies, many are excellent.
Be aware of mandatory reporting - if you are under 18 they are required to be very strict on this. Confidentiality should be absolute to that counselor unless you trigger MR. Any mention of suicidal feelings (or self harm or sexual abuse) triggers MR.

Policies vary but if under 18 usually your parents will be told unless you make a strong case for the parents being the cause of the problem. In that case some other protection authority would be advised.
Also, be aware there is a subset of Christian counselors who either lack proper training or feel their beliefs over-ride it, so they break confidentiality and share with parents and religious leaders.

If your problem is anxiety then facts will not fix you but here is one to keep in mind:
The number of convictions for rape is similar to the number of provably false reports of rape to police. How many people convicted of rape do you know?

Get out of your bedroom. Go and meet people, in groups where you feel safe for a start. There is a whole world of fun out there that normal people are enjoying. Go and join them. But get some help for your head too. And stay the hell out of this sub, it is actively and severely harmful to someone in your condition.

Something needs to be done.

The world will be modified somewhat for or against your convenience at various times but no forseeable change could cure your anxiety. You need to learn to be happy in the world as it is. Focusing on how danger can be reduced is focussing on danger. This is why people with anorexia or OCD are strongly advised against engaging in thoughts or actions relating to the practicalities of their condition, it is just building focus on the obsession.

Now could be a good time to reflect on how you got this way. Are your parents over-protective or overly critical? Do you have anxiety in the family? It is highly heritable.

Well, nothing can be done. women make false rape accusations against men they have never met.

This is why many men today are going their own way (MGTOW). It does not mean being voluntarily celibate, although some do, the point is to keep your contact to women to a bare minimum, except when hookups are involved, and to never go farther than that relationship-wise.

It's not foolproof, but it will reduce your exposure.
