Well I've been a long time reader of this subreddit and always liked the viewpoints you guys espouse, but never really had a reason to post until recently. I've worked for a semi-small mom and pop car dealership since 2011 as salesman and quickly became the top salesman. The owner is a good guy, but has several things going on and doesn't want much to do with his business, so he hired a manager who has been here for a year longer than I have. He's a hard worker, very knowledgeable, and all around good guy. Despite not being the owner, he pretty much makes all the decisions around here. The problem is about six months ago, he hired a girl, lets call her Tina, who knows next to nothing about cars. From the get go, it was pretty obvious my manager was sweet on her. When he greets her she gives him a hug and even brings him Starbucks in the morning. (Never any for me... gee I wonder why!) Tina started out as the receptionist/secretary, which she is simply great at, then about 2 months ago she wanted to start selling cars. I thought this was a bit weird, but whatever. Now I see it for what it is, because she is fairly attractive (Although a bit too large for my tastes) she gets to do whatever she wants around here! She is not a very good sales(wo)man and has literally only made a couple sales this entire time. The switch wouldn't be too big of a deal really, until last Wednesday when I find out from the manager that he's promoted Tina to co-manager! The way I see it, I have a few courses of action and I want to see what Reddit /r/mensrights thinks I should do.

  1. Suck it up and do nothing (Really don't want to do this)
  2. Quit and find another job (I make pretty good money, so I don't want this either)
  3. Tell the owner that I think she was selected for this position because the manager has a thing for her (Or possibly there's something going on.)

Obviously, I'm leaning towards #3, but I'm just curious if anyone has any resources or advice for me.
