I've only tried to comment here a few times, but every time I have it was because I felt that a discussion was essentially a one sided circlejerk. I've tried to point out that every issue is not entirely black and white and that one should attempt to give people the benefit of the doubt rather than assuming the very worst about every situation. I fully support equal rights for men and am as enraged over false rape claims and custody decisions as any of you. But every time I've suggested that there might be more to an issue than the community is acknowledging the backlash from other users has been extreme. This community is just a clusterfuck of anger rather than a rational discussion of actual issues, and that's sad.

I'm not going to stop subscribing, as I want to continue to see articles and news relevant to MR, but as long as the discussions here are just a bunch of angry men jacking each other off I have no desire to be part of them.
