Look, it's very simple. First, the woman persuades the guy to have sex against his will. Blackmail is one popular way to do this (threatening to tell people he hit or raped her seems to be a common angle). Or she might guilt him into it somehow: calling him a fag or a pussy or saying he doesn't really like her (if they're just starting a relationship), or threatening to leave him (if they're in a troubled relationship that he's afraid to leave) or hurt herself (if she's manipulative like that).

Then she gets him hard, which isn't really that hard to do, and has her way with him.

Alternately, drugs work on guys too. Or she can just get him really drunk, or wait for him to get that way at a party or something, and then have sex with him when he's too out of it to know what's going on. Which is often how it happens.

Good question, I'm glad you are actually asking rather than assuming like many people that "men can't be raped." Well, take many rape situations you hear of women being raped and flip the genders. If anyone claims that erections prove consent, they are severely misunderstanding how the penis works.
