Here we go again. Why is it every time a bad boss or colleague is protrayed, it s always a 'chauvanist' or a 'mysogynist' ie a man, who a great feminist underdog has to take down?

And this despite the fact that women are championed everywhere in business and every bad boss I've had has been a woman? There are at least as many bad female bosses trying to steal other people s ideas - believe me, I ve met them.

And yet the usual Men Bad stereotype persists. Not helpful.
