Just came across this gem and I thought we could come up with some actual stories of male perseverance against actual problems men face.

eg. Michael, 35, was told by the judge that as a father he was lucky to get one weekend a month with his children, nevertheless, he persisted, or

David, 25, was told that men shouldn't be kindergarten teachers, nevertheless, he persisted, etc.
