In my country, before the transition was banned, trans men received a draft notice and got the group "D" which means "not fit". So, even if the transition wasn't banned and I would like to go to the army, I couldn't.

I'm not a trans man, but if I recall correctly, there is no country in the world that does not conscript women but at the same time conscripts trans men?

In almost all countries conscription seems to be based of your biological sex rather than your gender identity.

Trans men aren't men, so I'm going to go ahead and guess that the vast majority of answers to the question are going to be no, because as far as I'm aware draft orders apply to biological men only.

I'm a transgender man.

I tried to enlist in the military at 18 and was denied due to medical reasons.

I don't support the draft at all but I think that countries that have it should have it for all able bodies adults who aren't parents or students, regardless of gender.

But I think military service should always be voluntary. If you don't have enough soldiers for your war effort it's a sign that your people probably don't support the war as much as the government, or it means that you're not a strong enough country to be involved in said conflict.

I don’t live in a country with draft/conscription but I would never accept being conscripted. I think it’s a violation of human rights
