Both of those comments are dumb. Sociopaths are perfectly capable of both rape and rationality. What's wrong with in their heads is not their lack of reason, as suggested, but their lack of empathy.

Shit like this is infinitely insulting to women in 3rd world countries who actually do have to worry about getting raped. As well as insulting to men in the west.

Rape has been drastically reduced. The real epidemic is false rape accusations, which our legal system enables and tacitly condones.
