I don’t understand why people believe people accused of rape should be considered guilty until proven innocent.

Feminist control the majority of First World Governments, Media Outlets and Learning Institutions in the world.

I'm not justifying it because it's completely immoral but I'm just saying the way it is.

From the minute you step foot in first grade, you are taught over and over again that male lives have no value so why not throw them away over false allegation after false allegation?

The 96% who walk "free" (probably, they have been emotionally and probably reputationally damaged for life) may be rapists and, equally, may be falsely accused. Since law enforcement could not get them convicted in spite of straining every sinew, and with the entire brainwashed system being against them, it is most likely they are falsely accused.

Here's the thing about this stupid 2-8% statistic.

It's only the proven false claims.

If we look at all the reported cases, we have approx 10% proven to be actual rape. We have about 10% proven to be false accusations. And 80% that we have no fucking clue!!

The feminist narrative is that every single one of that 80% is a rapist that got away with it. There is zero room in their narrative to even entertain that some of those would also be false rape claims.

I don't have any evidence, but my gut feeling is that women throw around false rape accusations like fucking candy. I'm much more likely to believe that 60% of those 80% are false claims and the story was so out of whack with so many holes in it that the investigator was just like... Oh, another attention seeking bitch trying to ruin a man's life.

There are no statistics on falsely accused. Every non convicted case is documented as "not enough evidence". So the accused who get free are mix of both with no way to determine who was actually guilty.

The U.S. DOJ did a study and found that, of rapes reported to the police, 10% were false, 50% were unknown, and 40% were true. Reasons why this isn't a great stat: men report rape less often, and other stars conflict with the 50% stat.

It's still useful, so when someone pulls a "FALSE RAPE ACCUSATIONS ARE RARE", show them that. I might edit and post the source, if enough people ask for it.

Yeah, they’re obviously not stat majors. This two events don’t have to be independent from each other. Basically they don’t use Bayesian probability.

How do you know that 96% are rapists if nobody convicted them.Anybody can say anything.Or this is based on "believe all women"and 96% are those cases were they "told" the truth and nobody believe them.Like somebody said if she did not report to police it never happened and you could let a potential rapist walk free.Maybe this is another explanation where rapists walk free,women not reporting rape.

I saw a statistic somewhere that said 3% of accused rapists are innocent and falsely accused, 3% of rapists are actually convicted, and 96% walk free. And that statistic makes no sense to me for the following reasons.

That you didn't cite.

Firstly, the innocent percentage means PROVEN innocent. There’s very likely a large portion of the free and convicted rapists were actually falsely accused. A portion of those convicted rapists COULD be innocent and just falsely accused. There is no way they could come up with an accurate statistic for it.

In order to accept your argument, i must assume that you're presenting it with perfect memory and an unbiased fashion. Your first sentence, beginning with

I saw a statistic somewhere

Shows that your memory is, at best, flawed.

Firstly, the innocent percentage means PROVEN innocent.

Is that what the survey / study said? We don't know and you can't prove it one way or another.
