Note the unspoken assumption:

all men have political economic and social power

We're all in charge you see. This is evidence that feminism is a hate movement. To the hate monger the hated group are not individuals, they aren't really human at all. They are just a mass of nasty evil threat working together to destroy the nice people. As in "patriarchy" and other racist or prejudicial conspiracy theories put out by hate groups.

Feminists literally believe that all men are powerful because the president is a man. Even if he isn't a man of course. men are inherently evil and a threat so it never matter what a woman does to a man because they are the enemy.

Under this reasoning, a black man could not be sexist. Black people, of which black men are a subset, do not have institutional power (and feminists would not argue otherwise).

The only counterargument is that a black man only has institutional power with respect to gender, which makes no sense. You are both oppressor and oppressed at the same time. How does that work?

Even if you defined it that way, women still have political, institutional and financial power, as well as social power. Regardless of that fact, however, it is still a very idiotic thing to say. People can and still do discriminate, hate and attack men for being men. That is prejudice. Sexism is simply prejudice on the basis of gender, as opposed to other forms of prejudices. People who try to dismiss sexism against men, or downplay it as "not really sexism because women are oppressed" aren't just entirely delusional about the influence women have in just about every culture(or the powerlessness that the vast majority of men actually have as well) but are complete sociopaths, who clearly have no real empathy, concern or respect for men. By that definition, you would also have to completely dismiss all racism against black people in america as well. If you define "male power" as elected representatives who are male then, in lieu of a black president, no one can, or could have been in the last ~6 years, be racist towards black people in the USA

Women spend something like two to three times more than men. Isn't that economic power when most of the economy is geared towards producing stuff and services for women? Because women make most consumer decisions they decide what is sold and where, how we live and where and so on. Those men (and women) who run the businesses try to serve these women as well as they can either directly or indirectly. Do they really have more power?

Women have huge amounts of institutional power. Let's just take a look at who run such cultural key positions as education of children or families (yes, women run most families in the sense that they tend to have the last word on most things).

It's the everyday life we live. And it's mostly women who have more power there. Men's power is more like serving others and women in particular through democracy and markets.

Negroes don't hold much power in the US, but if one went on a whitey-killing spree few people would have trouble calling him/her a racist. Shit, i'm pretty sure even Louis Farrakhan has said that it is possible for blacks to be racist toward whites. That's how crazy feminists are, they make less sense than Farrakhan. As for the idea that the people who make most of the purchasing decisions have no economic power, well that's just a straight out lie.
