So about 2 yeara ago I was let go from a marketing company I worked for. Company was owned and ran by 3 women in their 30s and had a mostly female staff especially in managerial positions. Was taken into the office and told I didnt have the right attitude for the position and they were letting me go. This is despite having some of the best results out of everyone. Fast forward to last week at a new firm which is much better, we have a new starter. One of the female staff from the old company had joined and asked why I quit the old job without giving notice as it left my team short handed. Imagine my surprise that the staff had been told I left and it was because I didn't like working with female bosses. Its fucking ridiculous that these people can get away with this shit.

Side note. Since leaving the company has become all female except for one male who is dating the owner.
