I think reddit called it on this one. I'm all against circumcision, but this wasn't a very good article. Is there a link to the study or something?

Having searched for the actual study, I only managed to find the abstract. Funny enough, it's based on self-reported surveys. Since there's no way to really control for that, the researchers admit that there can be error due to selection bias, sampling bias, and self-reporting oddness. Plus, there's absolutely no consideration of how much of this may be psycho-physiological. For instance, if I were a woman told repeatedly "sex with circumcised men isn't as good", I might actually think sex which was on par with sex with uncircimcised men is less satisfying because I'm expecting it to be.

On the other side, imagine being a guy told repeatedly "yeah, since you're circumcised, sex is going to suck." Might that not induce sub-par sex?

Oh, also:

I don't know where you're hearing your gossip, but Americans actually have more sex (and more sexual satisfaction) than most of the rest of the world. Guess where some of the least satisfied customers are (outside of Japan). It's a little place called Western Europe. France has a dismal 25% satisfaction. America is riding reasonably high at 48%

Try listening less to gossip, and more to reality.
