If the Joker raped someone, it would not be the worst thing he'd ever done. Some fictional characters are depraved and psychotic. No one should be surprised when they do insane and psychotic things.

This is just a logical refutation of the concept that "rape is the worst thing that can happen to a person".

It's not to belittle those who have lived with it; it is only refute an emotional based argument.

Many people are raped by threat. Ie: I'll kill you if you don't let me have my way with you.

They have a choice between the rape and the death, or the beating, or whatever.

They choose the rape.

It's still rape, and I'm sure as hell not going to insinuate otherwise.

What I will say, is that if it's worse than any alternative, why do people choose it over those alternatives? Even people that have experienced it before?

If women are so pissed off about the lack of female superheroes, why don't they become illustrators and writers and make their own? Oh right. Women's studies only teaches you how to tell other people what they ought to do different. Not how to actually do anything yourself.
