Personally, I don't know about MGTOW as a movement, but would I rather force myself into a relationship where I will be used, abused, looked down upon, and treated poorly? Or stand alone?

Be selective and respect yourself. Do not settle for the first woman who walks up to you. And above all: ONLY select someone you can trust not to hurt you.

If you find someone who respects you as a human being, excellent. If not, then there is more to life than marrying and women. Find something else to fill your life. There is so much.

But do not ever succumb or settle to being with someone who dislikes you, hates you, treats you poorly. That is not an option. If you give in to that option, everyone loses, and you have failed yourself, your family, those around you, by accepting misery and poor treatment until death.

Be the best you you can be. Be respectful. Be trustworthy. Groom yourself to the highest caliber you can. Smell good. Look good. Strive to do good things, successful things. Be interesting. Develop and refine your interests beyond TV and games. Do something constructive and interesting that YOU always wanted to do. Not what others want you to do. Impress yourself, amaze yourself with what you can do and who you can be. Find fellow men who are living well for themselves and befriend them. And be very careful who you let into your life, particularly women. Someone very kind and respecting may come, if you only allow that kind of person. Be the best you can be, and do not put up with poor treatment. You may find what you are looking for.

Are you living life for women, or living life for the experience of life itself, and for you? If you do not nourish yourself, you will never find someone else who wants to nourish and be nourished by you. You are your first project.

Happiness is not found in a woman. Happiness is found in yourself, and a woman can add to it. If this is disregarded, everyone will only find disappointment and misery in each other.

If you are not an amazing person, you will not find an amazing person. She will be disappointed in you, and you will be disappointed in her. Do not succumb to that.

To go full conspiracy, that's what they want you to believe. That your demise, for being a man, is fait accompli. It's pushed in the media, movies, news, social media, politics, commercials, ad nauseam. It's everywhere, all the time, on purpose. A lie repeated often enough doesn't become true, it becomes accepted. It's still a lie.

Half of the population is male. 100% of the mothers of men are women.

The vast majority of mothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, grandmothers, etc. love the males in their lives. The vast majority of men do not hate other men for being men. So, the vast majority of the population is not out to get or destroy all men. The challenge is getting minds to think rationally while they enduring an endless onslaught of division, half truths and outright lies.

There really aren't very many places, reddit included, where people can have safe, free, rational discussions without risk of censorship or being banned outright now. Even having a place to discuss 'men's rights' is precarious at best. Should someone imply something gender identity offensive or non-inclusive it could get the person or community in trouble. It's really the mass volume of communication that offers some limited protection to allow people to engage freely. In many cases people with opposing ideas, such as men are not innately evil and the source of all the world's problems, are excluded from conversations entirely upon discovery.

Being silenced doesn't make people cease to exist. We don't lose battles in life until we stop fighting. The universal demonization of men is not a done deal or a war lost. It is also simply not true. All of no immutable characteristic group is evil. A majority of any immutable characteristic group are also not evil. This is a simple fact of existence. The truth always comes out, and people eventually get tired of lies. Today, people have much shorter attention spans and the tide is already turning on this issue as men continue to speak up.

Today, being a man, as far as being unfairly discriminated against, is no different from being in any other undesirable group was in the past or present. It isn't even a new thing. I was watching a series from the 80's and it was an issue. If you look back to the beginnings of tv, it was an issue. Men were already being portrayed negatively.

Being gay, it's really easy to see the parallels in the prejudice, demonization, exclusion, and discrimination. I'm a man too, so it's insane to see people expect me to sit down and accept discrimination for being male, that they would get shredded for asking me to accept for being gay. It's just not ok to treat people with prejudice over immutable characteristics. That never works out well for humanity.

This is a time for hope. As the fait accompli assault is pushed harder and more pervasively, the resistance to it increases as well. The pendulum is swinging. It may not have started fully on its way back, but its coming. Take hope and keep fighting.

Hey kid, don’t give up, all hope is not lost. We have to fight for each other, fight for the America that our parents grew up. I know I am going to. I am a 20 year old female and I am going to college for psychology. I want to help marriages so that people can learn to communicate with each other. I want to support and push to be an inspiration that will drive men and women to be there for one another. One day I will create a men’s Mental Health Department, Hotline and clinic. When I get older and gain more knowledge I will be able to do more to help. There are still woman who care. All of my female friends are happy that I want to create a place for men to come with their struggles and feel safe. One of my friends became ecstatic and was so happy that I was pursuing this. She said she had a lot of male friends who she knew needed it. We see you don’t give up, give the next generation if not this one a future to look forward to. Don’t you dare stop fight because you matter, we all do and we will get through this together.

OP. If you are looking for a more traditional lifestyle and a more conservative way of life you need to take control. First step is to move away from large cities dominated by woke virtue signalling agendas. Most of those agendas are designed at tearing down moral values, destroying traditional western values and rely on a culture of hate, jealousy and envy. You’ll find a much calmer way of life in the country.

Without sounding like a conformist, its still our duty to be the best we can be because we deserve it, (even from an atheist pov) nature embraces masculinity to be the sex who endures hardship and this is merely a representation of how we will always struggle despite being somewhat of an apex predator as humans. We cannot escape the struggle nature has pre-destined to us, but we can refuse to voluntarily give up and become self defined failures.

Slowly moving to an open everything, which of course will take the better part of a decade. Most of it is hypothetical, but if given enough time under the right circumstances, the expected timeline from start to completion should be under 2 decades.

Open Source Computing

My first step was buying a couple old, retired Windows PCs (laptop & desktop), completely destroying the hard drives so they COULDN'T run Windows - erasing Windows with it & converting them into Linux machines on KDE. Open source computers. Still have my Windows PCs as backup units. Migrated all my shit from proprietary cloud storage (Google Drive & OneDrive) units to nonproprietary, private-run cloud storage systems (pCloud & ownCloud). Stuck with Android instead of iPhone so I have free reign to use even third party apps not offered in the proprietary app store with anti-malware software installed. With open source you own the device. With closed source the device owns you. Still use proprietary social media apps & email & calendar & the lot for business purposes & to communicate with my brotherhood as they prefer Snapchat instead of Telegram.

Non-Gadget-Intrusive Transport

Currently I drive a new 2022 gadget-intrusive Subaru Outback. The plan is to restrict usage of it to a weekend vehicle & I'm looking at an old Toyota 4Runner from the mid to late 1990s to be used as a daily commuter vehicle. Much less to be tracked, can't be remotely shutdown as easily & can drive it anywhere I have a passport for. Needs to be able to go offroad as my preferred house will have a muddy & long uphill driveway where most vehicles will get stuck if they do not have proper offroad technology (as an extra security feature).

Mindset Transformation

Throughout my childhood, I have picked up on some maladaptive mindsets which have proven crucial to my survival even at the expense of my fulfillment. Always making other people happy instead of myself, even if it means putting my physical & mental well-being on the line. Always giving, giving & giving without considering what kind of value I'm getting back. Always catering to everyone else's feelings while rarely if ever being genuinely asked how I'm doing.

I realized that the man I need to be to attract the traditional woman into my life is very far away from the man I am currently. I will need to unlearn & replace the above mindsets with newer ones where I don't feel ashamed about sticking to my guns regardless of other people's opinions or feelings about it. I have severe impostor syndrome & constantly question whether I'm doing the right thing or not & depend heavily on external validation almost as if I'll be crippled without it. Very toxic mindset I have which needs to be changed.

Independent Resources

Independent solar energy system, VPN equipped Linux systems which have the highest grade VPN security possible along with untrackable web browsers & a VPN fortress on my network to be shared between my Windows PCs (I have 2), Linux PCs (I have 2) & my Android. Independent water system if possible, high quality water filters & private mailbox separate of residence (if legal & possible).

Financial Control

Opt for a combination of freelancing, service-based business models (such as copywriting, graphic design & coaching) as well as gig work (Doordash, Uber Eats, etc) with either private or secured & trusted payment processors operating independently of the FedNow system along with secure credit & debit cards. 7:1 ratio of income under my direct control to income (service-based businesses & self-employed active income sources) not under my direct control (9-5 job, career & passive income sources).

Dating Vetting Process

Design a thorough vetting process to vet out dating prospects early in the dating process & stick to my firm "6 months or 25 dates before intimacy" rule. Mark political affiliation & mindset as the top two criteria for determining whether to continue or stop pursuing the dating prospects in question as the prospect will have to hit every checkmark on the vetting process to be considered a lifelong suitor & build a family with. Even then, strict prenuptial agreement & boundaries shared & exchanged.

Self Improvement

To be able to have a strict vetting process, I will have to do what it takes to become a higher quality man. This means doing things to improve my physical appearance, my mental health, my financial standing & my community impact.

So there y'all have it. Will the plan be possible? Yes. But will it be practical? Highly depends & currently, the answer doesn't look like a complete yes with the state our country is going in.
