Three or so years ago I got hardcore into body building. I was hitting the gym everyday, 7 times a week and sometimes twice a day. It gave me a high that stayed with me. One of the greatest feelings is to hit the showers after an exhausting workout and let the water soothe your muscles.

There were a few black guys and they were huge and I must admit that I tried testosterone to try and get bigger. I was shown how to inject myself and for 10 weeks I injected myself once a week with 250mg of testosterone.

I did not tell my partner abut this but I did tell my doctor who warned me that I may be using an unclean product and that pharmacies have very high quality testosterone made by German firm Bayer. It is intended for women who want to transition to men, but there is no stopping ordinary men like me having it prescribed for other reasons.

What I did notice however - was a very increased sex drive - I was having sex 2 times a day and then jacking off. There were less desirable effects. I became more daring and did some crazy shit like running red lights. I also did some even crazier shit which I will not go into here. This all stopped after a couple of weeks that I stopped supplementing my natural testosterone levels.

But my whole point here is that the levels of testosterone in us men, do vary, and testosterone makes us indulge in more dangerous behaviour. It cannot be helped, it is part of our anatomy and our physiology. For example my trainer told me that one natural way to boost my testosterone levels was to stress my major muscles - like the major leg muscles. Apparently in us men - stressful physical activity causes a rise in testosterone. But testosterone apart from increasing our strength and our sex drive also makes us do things which may border on the illegal. I am calling for a testosterone blood level measurement just after a man is accused of a crime and that elevated testosterone can be used as a defense.

Edit: I am happy with the feedback I get from this group. Some people agree with me, others do not. But there is no hate and no dragging women into the argument for no reason at all. There is never any 'women hatred' such as the man hate in some feminist groups. Sometimes when I post I do it in the knowledge that what I am about to write may not be popular with everyone but I like that respect is still shown and decent debates are held.
