That's nice. Most people just wanna be respected and wanna get the same respect they give want to get in in return.

And if people say they demand effort want to see the same effect that people demand of others.

There plenty of women that actually belief in actual equality and to get as much them give.

And everyone needs some appreciation at times.

What sadly often is rare for man to get. Why a lot of men are also less motivated.

So you might think its a very small gesture but for a lot of people it can actual means a lot.

To make the world better you need both good men and good women. That have high demands on others but they also carry those same standards that they demand of others.
