At my college I put up flyers saying, "There is no wage gap if the only differing factor is gender." I was motivated to put those up because someone else had put up flyers saying, "Women must fight the wage gap which is all over the United States." I don't know if my flyers will get me into trouble, but if it does I will ask them what specific rule I am violating and if they say that my flyer isn't true, I will ask them to prove it. I personally hope that I get arrested for "distributing false information on public property" because, if such a law exists, I will plead "not guilty" and, in front of a jury of my peers, I will ask the prosecution to prove that my statement is false.
