Its not a serious bill, its meant to criticize the intrusion into women's abortion rights by idiotic socons, by making the point that men would not appreciate government intrusion into their reproductive/sexual choices and personal lives.

I would be disguisted if this was a serious policy, instead of a symbollic statement, but looking at the details it would make her a Christian Socon, not a feminist Socon.

Read the context of these things, before you decide its a grave injustice to men please.

Yes, because requiring a consultation with a licensed doctor prior to an abortion is the same thing as having to get written permission from one's spouse, assuming the man has one and if he doesn't, he's presumably out of luck.
