This just sounds like straight forward rape. This account is one sided - but if accurate he should be locked up. When we argue against rape by alcohol, this is not at all the scenario we are addressing.

Cute SRS-style experiment. The genders weren't even swapped (making the male the victim) for the ask feminists post. So of course feminists will say it was rape. They see your edit and can say "well yeah it's still rape" to keep the moral high ground. No chance of catching them with their pants down. Unlike here where it was an obvious attempt to bait MRA's into the role SRS-types want them to be in (hate site, pro-rape, etc).

Well if she's 14 then she's already under the age of consent to sex. Alcohol consumption shouldnt need to come into it, and there are already laws in place to punish those that have sex with underage females. although I think there should be some leniency for under age teenage boys. Young people are always going to try and have sex (sex, not rape). A big part of this problem of course is no suitable controls on children by their parents.

The problem I've got in general with alcohol being a part of the definition of rape, is that its giving an 'out' to adult women that get drunk, have consensual sex, then regret it in the morning for one reason or another.

IMO intoxication with alcohol should not have been added to the defnition of rape, because all it will do is put innocent men in prison.

It was a move by the authorities that causes far more harm to innocent men and boys than it does to anyone else.

An adult woman should not be able to claim she was too drunk to consent. If you are an adult, then you need to take responsibility for your actions.

A) Was drunk/Was Not Capable of Consent

B) Was not the perpetrator

C) May have been unconscious at the time? Could I get clarification on that?

The woman is a rapist because she gave sex rather than recieved it so to speak, and she was warned several times to stay away.
