I hope at least you have a 'consent agreement' for any romantic flings? Bulletproof? Not really possible. The legal system is bent in their favor and if they want to fuck with you after you piss them off, they can. Everyday you wake up with that d1@k between your legs you're rolling the dice. We all are. You get used to it in time.

My philosophy: Enjoy time with women, but don’t marry one and most definitely beware of the baby trap: if you are having sex, take precautions to ensure you can’t get a woman pregnant. Most of the major legal issues are related to marriage, divorce and paternity, so safeguard those areas. I don’t think one needs to avoid women to avoid these legal pitfalls, just have some limitations and safeguards.

For some, marriage and kids is worth the risks and biases involved and that’s fine, but really consider those risks before taking the plunge, too many men don’t really consider the risk and end up paying dearly.

In the heat of the moment, when the sting of rejection is very high, if you have no proof, in the eyes of the man hating courts, you'll be automatically guilty of whatever she says you did. The state acts as women's violence proxy against men. Also, after the breakup, never meet with her in private. Always have a recording and witness thereafter. Sony makes very high quality, compact personal recorders. Get one. Get two. Use them religiously in questionable situations.

Here's my thoughts:

At work, tell your HR department you're gay. This will serve as a defense for women who claim sexual harassment. Tell them you're being accused of sexual harassment in retaliation for refusing her advances...then claim her allegation is a hate crime.
Pick up hobbies that women don't participate in, to reduce the possibility of you being harassed in social settings.
If you have the room and ability, buy a dog. A dog can give you emotional affection to make up for a lack of a meaningful female relationship in your life.
Under no circumstances socially isolate yourself. Social Isolation creates all kinds of mental health issues which eventually can create behaviors that hurt your physical health. Think Alcohol or drug abuse.
Start a fitness regime, preferably at home, not a gym. Some women goto gyms to pick up men, the men they reject occasionally get falsely accused of harassment.
Join a traditional church. That means one that doesn't support LBGT, but supports traditional Christian values. Even if you're agnostic, you can create a strong long-term social and business network through the relationships you develop through church activities.
If you date, don't date near where you live. Don't bring a woman to your house.
Don't date women with the following 1) a criminal record, 2) A verifiable history of mental health issues (a key indicator is prescription mental health medication), 3) a history of either sexual abuse or DV allegations against a former lover. If she accused them, she'll potentially accuse you. 4) Don't date single mothers who spend a large portion of their time discussing their children. They're not looking for a relationship, they're looking for a man to financially support them. 5) don't date a woman with drug issues. This includes smoking and alcohol issues. These women have less impulse control than others so they're more likely to make false allegations and more likely to be violent.

Don't marry until you are at least 35 and making good money. Then, don't get married, unless you are okay with her leaving, taking the kids, and your money, at some point. Also, make sure there is a clause in your marriage agreement that states that you can sleep with other women. Otherwise, she gets a monopoly on sex, and you know what happens with monopolies. Also, don't marry a women who has kids under 18. Just don't.
