Adult asthma is less common among whites than blacks[1]. I am guessing doctors have no pejorative phrase they use at that point.

This is true. I was told this by many nurses when my son was in the NICU in 2017. My son was born a little over a month early and his lungs were not fully developed. I was told that African American females handled respiratory development the best and white males had the hardest time. Though the term that was used over and over was “wimpy white boy.”

I have a full-term child in the NICU and a nurse told me and my wife to our face that our son may not have anything wrong with him, he’s just a “wimpy white boy.” I calmly said, “I wouldn’t call him that”, and she backpedaled and tried to defend it by saying “it’s a real medical condition.”

Like, sure, it’s a medical condition the same way “crack baby” is, but it’s not a professional term, and it’s not appropriate to use with parents in any way.

White infant boys are known to be the most vulnerable and fragile. It’s good that medical personnel are aware… That term is awful though and so unprofessional.

Never heard that before, admitted I haven't worked in kids since I was a student and never in neo-nates, but I doubt it's a widely used term.
