My wife is has now become part of women only group and I was going through it. Shall I report this group? Do you think it legal or fair the things discussed in this group?

HR women aslo help the women candidates for specific keywords or framing their CV in such way that get selected by the technical recruiter. In Professional circle all powerful women are encouraging gender rather than talent. Some skills I am talking about have very expensive classes or training out there but just because being a women they get it for free from another women. Some times they also discuss how to not let a male counter part take the promotion or hike. Most of the posts are about how to ask for more salary even through they have joined few months back in the company. How to form a women only sisterhood in the company and favour other women. Point more mistakes or complain about the male counterparts. There are also some extreme posts regarding making false cases against the misogynist older men in the company. Some more posts how to trap/talk sweetly to men to get more help or monetary benefits from them. Preferring a female candidate for internal hiring.
