I think I'd take the more attractive girl. With the caveat:

Ugly but a good lover. Would choose 10 000 out of 10 000 times. A man is as handsome as he is useful. Btw, there is certain appeal when a man is really ugly, like it makes sex dirtier in a good sense. And on a side note, if a man is good in bed, smart, hard-working and has a sense of humour, I would never call him ugly. He would turn into a star in my eyes.
