She’s not an “incel.” She obviously has mental health issues that are way beyond your pay grade, and should seek professional mental health support. There is nothing you can say to fix that for her — she needs therapy.

Her mental health issues are certainly negatively impacting her dating life, but do trust me there is zero reason that a 35 year old woman is doomed to be alone forever.

I doubt she’s an incel but there are always ways to pump up your attractiveness. I was around 35 when I met my fiance so I can speak from experience:

Take care of your appearance, use SPF and moisturizer every day, find the style that suits you
Move your body. People give generic advice to go to the gym but that might not be your cup of tea. So explore other options-dancing, pilates, cycling, yoga or whatever sounds good to you
Be social and get out your house. That’s probably the most important thing, meeting new people and see who you click the easiest with.
Don’t write off younger guys. You’ll be surprised how different their mindset about a relationship is.
Seek help for the suicidal ideation. Don’t expose yourself to negative shit that’s going to bring you down.
