You know that it's about balancing alpha and beta traits? Most people have too much beta and need a bit more alpha. Who cares if you never can become 100% alpha? Increase your odds, play the numbers game and win.

It's not just genetic, just like top athletes. Many of them are not "talented" it was solely their discipline that made them get to the top.

Most incels lack discipline. To built discipline you have to train it like a muscle. Going to the gym regularly builds discipline. Doing stuff despite not wanting to (chores/work) builds discipline.

Then there is the psychological depletion. You empty your will power until you reach fatigue. For example if you watch TV or play video games all day you won't have much will power left to do chores, go to the gym, floss, work, keep your diet in check...

This is also one of the main reasons diets fail. You do some cardio to lose weight, it's hard and exhausting and then you still should have the mental power to diet... just diet until you are thin, then do cardio until you are fit.

And it's a reason why lifting in the morning is better. (The other reasons are more testosterone in the morning and better sleep since your parasympathetic nerve system takes 6 hours to calm down).

Train your discipline and fuck complaining about bad genetics

Pretty much. As an observant person who's grown up around natural alpha types, it really is a stark contrast between the world alphas live and the rest of men. It's not just BP though, I think even a lot of RPers have a hard time admitting this too. The genetic lottery is real, and it's a bitch to deal with for those who drew a shitty hand. I think the real tension between RP and BP is not so much a disagreement between whats been said within and about TRP, but rather a disagreement about how to convey what TRP says and about. Reds want things to be bluntly stated while Blues are easily offended by the blunt language and prefer for the message to be more PC and kid-friendly.

Alpha is genetic, but it's not you who decides what are alpha genes and what arent. It's an evolutionary concept, and thus depends on the environment. All you have to do is to use any means possible to attain reproductive success. Environment decides the rest.

I disagree.

A woman chooses a man for his status, game and looks, relative to her subjective value system generated from her surrounding social context. Looks probably matter the least, since even a scrawny, 5'2' stereotypical INTP nerd can command an army of malicious killers, and this fact will show in his words, body language, and how his men talk about his genius tactical abilities, all built on whatever Machiavellian cunning he used to gain power.

Ultimately, it's all about the context, and Alpha is contextual.

The problem is we live in an economic system that rewards specialization and focus, whereas the dating market rewards generalization and adaptability. Even if you win a Fundamental Physics Prize for revolutionary designs for room-temperature quantum computers, you're only going to impress SMV5 Betty the Java programmer who actually knows what a qubit is, and not SMV10 Stacy the part-time bikini model who couldn't care less.
