Looks are the primary determinant of attraction, in both men and women.

Summarizing:

Undergraduates, of both sexes, were given questionnaires that asked them they care about attractiveness between 1 (not at all) to 9 (extremely).... Men said 8, women said 7 (less than men).

The researchers then did 2 hour speed dating events and after all was said and done, the students could indicate whether they were interested in meeting again and were free to set a date.

During the following month, they would get extensive followup questionnaires to see how their relationships developed, both for speed dating matches and other people they may have met outside of speed dating.

Physical attractiveness predicted relationship initiation quite well, even more so for women (correlation .46) than for men (.43)

Also looks predicted quite well whether they would initiate sex (.33 for women vs .21 for men), whether they would think having sex was a good idea ( .42 for women vs .27 for men), their commitment to pursuing/maintaining a relationship (.45 for women vs .28 for men) and to a lesser extent whether they would enjoy the date (.22 women, .11 men).

For men and women, the most effective way to become attractive is through surgery, make-up, and the use of PEDs to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat (the last option being more important for men).

Any discussion of Game that does not advocate cosmetic surgery and the use of PEDs, as well as anti-aging ancillaries (e.g. Retin-A for reversing sun damage), is worthless and misleading. Very few game figures write about proper use of anabolic steroids. None that I know of advocate cosmetic surgery.
