I’m experimenting with being a simp after the first date—instead of just taking the L after a seemingly good date. This time, I’m sending texts like "Hope you're having a good day, beautiful" rather than going radio silent. She’s replying, but sporadically.

I’m not going all out—no roses or grand gestures—just using words like sweetheart, honey, beautiful and actively asking to meet. This approach is definitely not what redpill gurus preach, but I’m curious if a softer, more affectionate approach works.

That said, simping isn’t my natural style. In the past, just being authentic has worked best—especially when a girl had high interest. If she was a maybe (pretending to enjoy the date but leaning towards other options), ignoring or staying in touch, sending funny memes, simping nothing worked for me. Maybe cos I don't know how to do it right

So I’m asking guys who have mastered the art of "strategic simping"—does it actually work for you? If so, what’s your approach?
