So you had a gf, broke up with her and hooked up with her again? Stop hooking up with her. Be civil but keep your distance. Don't have sex with people in your friend group. Use better judgement about who you do hook up in the future and keep them separate from your cohort at school.

It’s going to blow over, if anyone Asks you about the Std just say the truth that you got Tested and you didn’t have it so you aren’t sure why she has said that but that you know she was hurt after your relationship changed.

Stop hanging out with her. Stop hooking up. Depending on the STD some of them can get pretty serious in women.

if it’s HPV it can cause cervical cancer. Also can’t be detected really in men. Women find out you have it after doing a pap smear and it comes back abnormal. In order to check for cancer you literally have to get a chunk of your cervix removed and biopsied.

Seems like you both are doing the young people thing and being silly with dating nonsense. Both drunk in college doing stupid stuff. Which is the exact best place for this to happen. If you don’t want her in your life don’t talk to her. Let her know as politely as possible that you don’t think you can be friends.
