Not really no. Sex within the context of an established relationship? Maybe. But men having more empathy is far from the “problem”

One can say it’s too much empathy that has guys feeling like these women are wonderful and should be put on a pedestal. The most successful guys, with serious relationships and casual sex, are not the most empathetic. Highly empathetic men correlates with unsuccessful dating experiences ime. They’re too easy, nice and nothing is sexy about them.

A super black pill incel dude might do with a little empathy but that’s not their major issue to success.

Sex is something you get as a show of intimacy and love.

There’s so much advice on “how to get a girl” and most just sound very objectifying and lacking in empathy or comfort

Men aren't led around by our emotions like a puppy on a leash, we're more than capable of taking actions that cause an emotional response. And if we do lack empathy for you, it doesn't mean we don't have empathy for other people.

This is a very feminine point of view, for most men sex is about physical touch while for women it's mostly psychological. As for men's advice, it's not supposed to be comforting. It's a reality check.

There’s some truth to that, absolutely. But the ways that mutual affection is distributed isn’t in a 1:1 fashion. Some effects of the low probability of mate potential for certain people can be disillusionment, desperation, and frustration.

An example is this. You’re trapped in a dark bunker. All you have is a weak flashlight and a card on the wall stating that if you press the button below it, a person’s arm will be non-fatally broken in a very painful way, but that you will be given a ladder back to freedom. Your limited scope of probability in this situation of extreme duress can easily lead to giving in to the task at hand. How much are you willing to suffer before becoming a hazard to others? Are you patient enough to wait it out potentially days before you die of thirst, in the chance that the note is a trick? Do you have the willpower and strength to push through even when the odds appear grim, in your limited perspective as either the underground captive, or as a person with an ostensibly low dating potential?

I think it's great if TERPers

-lift -gain confidence -build social circle and social skills -build status -dress well, value your appearance -initiate the sort of intimate encounters they desire -don't put other people on a pedestal -have a full and abundant life, even romantically when appropriate -don't love bomb like a simp, take it easy early on

I love all that advice, chef's kiss, give me more. Nothing bad to say about it.

Now with all that being said, you are going to leave with a bad reputation/venereal diseases/oopsie babies/broken hearts/general loneliness if you don't ALSO know how to emotionally access comfort and intimacy bonding. Plus, of course, self-control and integrity of character.

So how does hookup sex work? Two people meet, chat up a bit, fall in love have intimate sex and they are on their separate ways?

Do hookers feel love when you hand them $$$?
