This is a topic that has been bouncing around in my head for a while. You often hear the sentiment that “nice guys aren’t nice” or that “men think women are machines that you put niceness coins into and sex comes out.”

These statements are flawed and are an example of one of the many ways that women and the blue pill in general gaslights men.

The issue with this statement is that it reduces mens actions down to nothing more than a performance and it accuses men of being inauthentic. I believe the reason women and the blue pill do this is to alleviate any guilt they might feel for rejecting a guy.

I have personally rejected girls before. It’s really tough. Why did I reject them? I simply was not physically attracted to them. Would I ever say that outright? Absolutely not.

Some other issues with this statement is that there is this expectation that a man must be flawlessly kind and generous and must never be agitated. If a man puts himself out there and consistently gets rejected, that will understandably be disheartening and would likely lead to him being bitter.

Him expressing frustration over that does not and should not be used as evidence that he “isn’t really nice” just like him pointing out the fact that women often stay in abusive relationships while a girl won’t even give him a chance doesn’t mean that he things he is entitled to a womans attention and affection simply because he “meets the bare minimum.” The issue with the latter scenario is that you are comparing a man who “meets the bare minimum” and justifying him not having his interest reciprocated to a man who does not even meet the bare minimum. If a guy can be unemployed, addicted to drugs, doesn’t have a license, and cheats on a girl repeatedly and STILL be able to attract women, why shouldn’t a guy who just wants to build a life and a family together be seen as less deserving of love than that person?

I am sure this could be said much more eloquently, but when a woman uses the idea that “nice guys aren’t actually nice” as a justification for why a guy isn’t attractive to women it gaslights these men because it ignores and refuses to acknowledge all the reasons the other guys are attractive to women
