Nothing wrong with the word female in and of itself.

However the connotation of it have changed.

It's now used as a way to passive aggressively disrespect and dehumanize women.

Stop acting like you don't know that. 🤨

it depends on the context you use it in. saying female and men in the same sentence is weird. female can mean many things. female dog, female bird, female cat… so just say women. it just sounds dehumanizing to people.

i only get offended if female and men are used in the same sentence it just makes no sense lol. i hardly ever see just “male and women “ being used

nobody is triggered by it, or angry about you using it, but literally any well adjusted person will be making very correct assumptions about you when you use it.
