Hell, if it was a man they would see the mental illness as a problem that is not going to go away, so they would imprison him for life. he would just be another sick perv to bury.

Wow. The experts didn't even all agree she had bipolar disorder, the judge just decided to side with one of them.

One psychiatrist said Johnson was “superficial, she’s trite, she’s inauthentic, she’s vacuous, she’s psychologically illiterate, she’s emotionally illiterate.” However, he added, “She wasn’t that mad, that ill, that she didn’t know that [her interactions with the boys] were wrong, but … she dismissed it straight out of her mind and went forward with the sexual assaults”.

The site also has an article about child sexual assault by women, seems pretty reasonable. Claims 1 in 10 child sex offences is committed by a woman, yet the case above showed that even the boys mothers didn't believe them at first because "women couldn't do such things".

It was the first 2 that said she didn't. Only the last that said she did. So my suspicion is that by the 3rd one she had learned how to lie and fake it well enough.

[–][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Listen and believe (the woman). Always.

[–]UnityNow 8 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's a fact that the number one abuser of children is the mother, by far.

Seeing how many women rape young boys every day and get away with it, I'd say it's extremely likely that women are raping young boys far more often than men are raping young girls. Girls are encouraged to come forward about anything even slightly suspicious, while boys are encouraged to just take it and keep quiet about even horrible things they endure.

Approximately 40 percent of child victims were maltreated by their mothers acting alone; another 18.3 percent were maltreated by their fathers acting alone; 17.3 percent were abused by both parents (USDHHS, 2007).

Well, looking at the descriptions of her actions in the article, I'd say she isn't bipolar...she sounds like she has Borderline Personality Disorder (with maybe a touch of textbook sociopathy).

[–]ShaidarHaran2 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The first two psychiatrists didn't think she was ill at all, that's the rub of it. By the third one, who knows, maybe she got good at lying.

I know right? You give me enough peeks at the rundown and I'll figure it out, too. That shit isn't even hard to decode. Judges should be smarter than that. And I'll tell ya why the doctor said she was emotionally inarticulate... because she was bullshitting, trying out dopey sounding premises.

I'm offering my groundbreaking diagnosis of BAD, or Bullshit Artist Disease. Is there anything women can do that they can't get out of? How did she get this job in the first place if she was so bunged up in the head? Somebody scrutinized her for the job. She's not nuts. She's taking advantage of perceptions to beat a rap.

She was the aggressor in the situation

Nothing is more infuriating than when an adult says "they asked me to" or "they wanted it too" or in some way try to deflect blame onto the child/victim.

Maybe on some very rare, extreme scenario does a 12 year old sexually assault an 18 year old. I've never heard of it happening though.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Agreed.

"they wanted it too"

Instant, oops, we lost the key! Sorry dumbass!

Sure there is, it's when grown adults say the child got an erection and or an orgasm and take that to mean that the child wanted it regardless of what they had to say.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I mean I think that "well he got an erection" or "she got wet" kind of falls under the "they wanted it" defense.

[–]dopstim 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I can relate. I was 4-6 years old. Woman was related, did same thing with 3 other family members. No one ever said or did anything. No big deal I was told by a few athority figures. As an adult, two separate psychologist (woman) told me that I was probably mis remembering or making it up as some sort of latent childhood sex fantasy because "woman don't do that, and if they do, it's lightning strike rare." Plus one eluded to it not being the same if woman do it because of "complicated power dynamic issues that would be out of the scope of explanation needed for these sessions."

Translation= move along, nothing to see here, your story is imcongruent with my twisted world view.

Did you report it?

[–][deleted] 14 points15 points16 points 11 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

Who would possibly believe that a man got raped by a woman in this aggressive feminist world?

"If you have a penis, you're a potential rapist, pedophile, molester, abuser, etc..." -feminists.

[–]snell_kille7 points 11 years ago* [recovered] (11 children) | Copy Link

I mean you can't count it as a loss unless you actually tried...

[–]srdyuop 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

This is so important to remind rape victims. Telling them there's no point does nothing to help them at all. Even if reporting doesn't go far, at least you tried! And you won't know if you'll get justice if you never try at all

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

most males are threatened with arrest or jail time if they try and report it.

[–]srdyuop 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Do you have proof?

[–]babno[S] 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

It's domestic violence, not sexual violence, but men who call to report abuse are more likely to be arrested themselves than have the abuser arrested, 33.3% vs. 26.5%

[–]srdyuop 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

That is domestic violence, not rape. And the person in question was 12 when his abuse happened. You got any statistic on what happens to childhood rape victims when they come forward?

[–]babno[S] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Yes I said it was dv. As far as rape stats I don't have them, I'm not op and I didn't make the claim or am aware of any. Male rape in general is hard to get stats on since it is not officially recognized as rape. Child male rape is even harder. There are isolated incidents that one can look at though. Like the raped boy who ended up having to pay child support.

[–]srdyuop 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]srdyuop 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Just saying it happens isn't proving it does. Somebody linked to a CDC study about domestic violence victims, but I have yet to see proof that childhood rape victims will be arrested if they report their rape.

[–]srdyuop -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

This is a shitty idea to spread for rape victims. It's defeatist and irresponsible. This person was already victimized by their assailant, and now you're making them a victim to the perception that they're helpless to seek justice for their abuse. That is just wrong. Shame on you.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Shame the feminists and SJW defending them, for making the society revolve around pussy; I'm barely observing the facts.

It's a shame men can't seek justice, but it's how the world works now.

She should be institutionalized.

[–]KingGoogley 10 points11 points12 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If this was a male he would be subjected to chemcial castration, not that i agree with it in any way and shouldn't be done to anyone, but if this was a man and lived in say Georgia or Connecticut he would be.

[–]Mansyn 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I guess once you rape more than two, it doesn't matter how many more. Might as well rape a hundred children, eh?

[–]SimplisticBiscuit 13 points14 points15 points 11 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

I don't see the logic behind it. I really can't imagine a scenario where this would be reasonable.

On a real note, why would you choose to rape twelve year olds?

[–]sockmess 7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Because it gave her satisfaction. She probably wanted boys who still looked prepubescent. Babies can get erections so a 12 year old can achieve one regardless of puberty.

[–]Coffeechipmunk 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Babies can get erections

Really?

[–]Destroya12 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes.

[–]aushack7 points 11 years ago [recovered] (2 children) | Copy Link

I'll admit it is young, but if they were anything like myself at that age (which was average) then their sex organs should be fully developed and not shooting blanks. Aside from the mental development factor, there probably isn't a huge physical difference and she evidently didn't care about age to begin with.

[–]EdgeReborn 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Idk man maybe I was a late bloomer but my little buddy was pretty dang tiny when I was 12. Didn't notice a big change until I was like 14

[–]Costco1L 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So you weren't the kid in 6th grade with guns and a full beard? (I wonder what he looks like now

[–]srdyuop 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because 12 year olds are easy to manipulate and control when you're a rapist

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Two experts in Johnson’s original trial denied she suffered from bipolar disorder, however another found she did. The judge who retried the woman last year found her not to be responsible for her actions according to the newly-published verdict, which gave her a special verdict of not guilty on mental health grounds.

There is to be no regard for the culpability of women who commit heinous crimes. They are, in the eyes of the law, retards. How many male criminals are afforded such a lax interpretation of motivation? She knew it was wrong but flicked the idea away so that's why she's crazy? No, simply put, she's arrogant. Arrogance isn't a mental disease, though some might debate that, it is a facet of character. I could probably point to a million male rapists who did exactly what she did: conscience speaks up and it is drowned in ego BS until palatable. They still go to jail.
