Even if the guy was in her apartment she would have been charged if the guy wasn't posing a threat. Especially since the coroner said the bullet trajectory was at a downward angle as if she shot him while he was in a non threatening position. She was fucked either way.

Police training in the US is programmed to kill as they have immunity and very difficult to prosecute. Having sex on the phone with another police dick head she was not paying attention and went into 1378 and shot the guy because he was black, her apartment was 1478. How about capital punishment.

I’ve seen countless videos of female cops being thrown around like rag dolls. They aren’t going to win any physical altercation, so is there a higher likelihood that they just get spooked and shoot?

She was a police officer, she walked into the wrong apartment still in uniform thinking it was hers after working over 13 hours. She panicked and shot the resident of the apartment.
She claims she was in fear for her life as she thought someone was in her apartment.
Honestly I thought a manslaughter charge was more appropriate than a murder charge. I don't think she intended to murder someone that night and proving intent seemed unlikely. It appears the jury which obviously had way more evidence than I thought murder was an appropriate charge.
