Start by getting strong.

3-5 months on a linear progression strength program like Strong Lifts 5 x 5 or Starting Strength

If you’re truly 11%, eat big and eat very clean.

The aesthetics will come along for the ride.

The idea behind lifting is that you should look objectively good with your shirt off. That should be your main goal. The main way to achieve that is with barbell exercises.

Really depends on what kind of lifting you do.

Lets say benchpress,squads,deadlift. I would always advice to master the form of the lift itself before putting weight on.

I started everything with 0weight and slowly when mastered the form of the lift I would add on. Its kinda a valid point for almost every lift. I know we hate that it looks stupid, and bad. But it prevents injury to.

But it really does pay off in the Long run.

5,7ft 6.1bf 140pounds. Her been lifting for about 3-4years, only breaks is when injury has hit.

Got a friend in the family that thought me how to lift, and he was doing shows in bodybuilding(natty shows) so he did really know alot.

If you’re new to the gym,Strong Lifts 5x5 is a good place to start. It’s 3 days a week. If you want to go more often, Push Pull Legs is also quite popular these days. But pretty much any program involving the main compound movements will be most beneficial.

Biggest piece of advice I can give you is the exact same as Nike's motto: "Just Do It". After spending a few months in the gym(heck, even a couple weeks), you'll get a better idea of the direction you want to head in.

Also, chart your progress in the notes section of your phone! If your serious about putting on muscle, this will be the key to opening that door. Reaserch what "Progressive Overloading" is, then implement accordingly.

I really like 5 3 1 training program. I tried different programs such as push pull and 531 is my favorite so far. You can find easily ready excel spreadshits, just Google it or you can pm me.
