It would hurt his self-esteem if you told him you’ve been attracted to other people but not him, so you probably shouldn’t mention it.

Are you on medication/birth control? Some of those can kill your sex drive.

If you are not sexual at all with him, I don't know that your relationship would work in the long term - unless he has some other outlet for intimacy. So, yes that is certainly a negative.

Are you on birth control? It's common for hormones to change whom women are attracted to... Perhaps get your levels checked by your Dr. You may be asexual, and that's ok of you can find a man that understands. Also know you may have to be ok with giving him a "hall pass" to be sexual with others if you can't/ won't provide that for him. I have a gf who claims to be asexual, yet I believe the real issue is that she needs the man to be a huge provider in order for her to be intimate with him, and this "desire" leaves her if he starts to lose frame or doesn't fit to HER ideal of the relationship. Perhaps your desire is conditional in this way too. Depending on your age and your bf, it may be prudent to explore the reasons why you have no sex drive, in therapy.

Can you go chat to your GP about your libido? There’s lots of things that can cause this. You mention stress which is a huge factor I think xo

This is a strange issue. Are you on any medications that can affect your hormones? Are you bisexual, or gay leaning? Are you still in love with, or hung up on your partner from 4-5 years ago? Does your boyfriend turn you off for any reason: odor, not a provider, not very manly, unattractive, etc? Have you ever been attracted to him? Are you depressed? I doubt you suddenly became asexual. There's probably something going on and you didn't really give any info to narrow it down.

Break up with your boyfriend. Nobody deserves what you're doing to him, and you should have enough respect for him as a person to let him find someone that actually enjoys him. I mean, you didn't even say one thing about him, other than you aren't attracted to him. It's hard to know if you even like him. Doesn't sound like it. Get a little retrospective here or something, try to figure out why the only person you've been attracted to is your ex. Maybe a therapist would help. But let the boyfriend go first, stop dragging him along and depriving him of an emotionally and physically fulfilling relationship.
