Hello everyone, I have been a reader of RPW for two years now, never contributed but have been working on myself and would consider myself RPW.

I am 26, and dating someone new. We met online, he is 25 and our first date was 2 weeks ago. We have been really affectionate with each other, kissing hugging and holding hands constantly! We have met up 5 times in the past 2 weeks and gone to museums, theatre, dinner, walks... living in a big city makes this frequency of dates quite rare and we agree that our connection is really strong. We have not had sex and he hasn't tried to sleep with me.

A couple of times he has said some negative things about love. He has never been in love and doesn't know how to describe the feeling, and that it is more like an exchange of needs. Is this a red flag? Another thing is yesterday we were texting and I sent the last text to which he saw but hasn't even answered. Now I am scared he has lost interest, do men get annoyed if I text him asking how he is, or should I wait a day or so? I was thinking of asking if he is free on Sunday or Monday as the rest of this week and next are busy. Also he knows I want a relationship but we haven't spoken about it since we first met as it's only been 2 weeks, any advice on when I should ask him if he still sees me as a potential girlfriend is appreciated. I really like him as a person but of course it is early days. But he is so smart, up for anything, deep, kind, I like getting to know him.
