Dresses, dresses, dresses. (I have a similar body to dress as you).

You don’t need to go cleavage tastic, but try V necks rather than a high crew neck or a slash neck. Fitted sweaters draw attention to the boob. (Which... May be what you want. You do you x) They used to be called “sweater missiles” for a reason. V necks draw the eye down and visually separate the boobs.

Wrap dresses are excellent for this, as they will also accentuate your waist. Also look for dresses/clothes with shirring on the back or waist ties, so you can pull in the dress at the waist.

You want a dress to cover your knee when you sit. If it’s above knee length or skimping it when standing, your thighs will get plenty fresh air when you sit down. So make sure to look for midi or tea length.

Spaghetti straps make busty girls sad because bra straps everywhere. I have a fairly relaxed attitude to bra straps casually, but I like shoulder cover for being out of the house.

I'm in the same boat! I'm a 32F and wrap around dresses, sweaters tucked in skirts, boat necks, button up dresses are all fantastic. Honestly I feel like all styles love this silhouette so long as you're in properly fitted clothes that taper at the waist. Lately I have been living in loose frilly dresses that tie at the waist like these:

Also jumping in here to say: Use patterns to draw attention to other places. A plain blouse paired with a patterned skirt or pair of pants will draw visual attention downward. A scarf, wrap, or headband in your hair can draw attention up to your face.

A higher up scoop neck or boat neck may give the illusion of showing skin without emphasizing your chest, especially if the fabric is light and flowy so it doesn't conform to your shape.

R/abrathatfits may be able to reccomend a minimizing bra as well.

The best advice I received (same body type as you) is to buy the clothes I like one or two sizes bigger and get them fitted at a tailor. Makes a huge difference. I also so it for a plain shirt now. Looks more qualitative, moves the focus to the waist. All celebrities do this. That's why they look so great in everything.

I have found some gorgeous and affordable wrap dresses on Nordstrom Rack by Max Studio (they were only maybe $35 or so from $100). I have a few of those that I wear with a camisole underneath. I also have dresses from Collectif (A UK brand, ModCloth also sells this but I would consider buying from Collectif directly). Almost all my clothes are pattern dresses. It wasn't intentional but it just sort of worked out that way.

I also recently discovered Neiman Marcus Last Call when I was trying to find this one Nannette Leopore shirt tuck dress. It is also pattern. It has a button-down neckline.

I like Anne Taylor Loft too.

I try to find things on sale so hope this helps. Longer midi-skirts with tucked in flow-ey blouses are also nice. The blouse won't hug your chest, but by tucking it into a skirt, you get a waistline.

Maybe take inspiration from korean female clothing styles? If you see through the pictures you will rarely see any revealing cleavage clothes, because its a common culture to dress appropriately, especially when you are single.

there are many dresses that would help. Or if you find something cute that shows cleavage try putting on a slip under it, or a tank top.

You could switch from sporty to a more elegant style instead. If you need inspiration you can try out 'Livesozy' or 'One Loved Babe', two great online shops for feminine clothing.

Maybe wear pants less often and gradually switch to wearing dresses and skirts more often.

Midi skirts are your friend! Maxi dresses tend to make me feel frumpy. Mini makes me feel exposed.

I just bought a bunch of midi length skirts and dresses. It helps to use "midi" as a key term. A lot of vintage dresses are cute but I'm careful about them because I don't want to look like I'm wearing a costume.

I also go for halter tops (the style that covers your breasts- not the low cut halter style).

Shop at Zara or Mango. You can find plenty of feminine maxi dresses that cover the lower body but have a sexy detail on the top half. And yes, also Korean fashion brands are ultra feminine (think ruffles and flowy tops and bottoms with plenty of fine details, off-the-shoulder tops that reveal the shoulders but not the cleavage, trousers with matching belts that highlight the waist).

For a large-busted gal who would like to maintain modesty, I would suggest wearing loose blouses or higher necked tops, paired with fitted bottoms, to highlight your body shape without being vulgar. Belts or tie-waistbands can pull together any outfit.
